Richard was Vice President of Client Services at Bank of America Securities Prime Brokerage from 2000 to 2007. A part of the Client Services Team he served as a project manager of the Client Web Development Group creating customized reporting applications for hedge funds. The Platform included Prime Broker reports, automated investor capital balance information, fund performance data, indices comparisons and regulatory audit trails. While at Bank of America Securities Prime Brokerage, Richard held FINRA series 7 & 63 licenses.
In 2007 Richard left Bank Of America Securities to start AIS. While developing online software for the financial industry, Richard realized how much other industries could benefit from automated online software. By combining an efficient programming style and the power of the internet, Richard envisioned a software company that could provide custom online software to industries less rich in recourses at a reasonable cost.
Since AIS was founded in 2007. Richard is proud of the of the three 3 successful software products Express Reporting for the finical industry, Akeso for Medical education and PEA (Personal Education Assistant) for middle and high school education.
